When I first heard of this product I was skeptical. It sounded like snake oil, pills and potions, and just another overly hyped product that would end in disappointing results. I mean, come on, “biohacking” sounds like a space-age made-up name for a fancy vitamin.
You see, I want to lose some weight, but I was also struggling with sleep. I could get to sleep, eventually, but would wake up every couple of hours.
